Investor Network

Bioenterprise’s Investor Network is a national network designed for investors of all types including angels, high-net-worth individuals, angel networks and syndicates, venture capital firms and institutional investors. The purpose of the network is to build awareness amongst investors of the high quality investment opportunities in the agri-food, agri-science and bio-product sectors.

By joining the Investor Network, members can at their option, provide a general profile including areas of interest or they may submit a detailed investment criteria. You must be an accredited investor in order to become a member. A senior Bioenterprise representative contacts each member from time to time to discuss any changes in investment profile or new areas of specific interest.

Bioenterprise is introduced to a large volume of investment opportunities each week. These are filtered by Bioenterprise personnel, according to risk profile and industry sector.  Investors are then made aware of specific opportunities that match their profiles or criteria. There is no obligation to invest and all communications between Bioenterprise and Investor Members remains confidential.

Entrepreneurs do not have direct access to the Investor Network but may submit investment opportunities for consideration. Once submitted these are distributed only to the most appropriate investors and an introduction is arranged only after the consent of both parties.

Investors that join the network do so on a highly confidential basis. Your information is not made available to anyone without your permission.  Members can take advantage of all of the following member privileges:

• access to syndication opportunities
• investor networking dinners – closed dinner events for members only
• investor networking forums – through established angel organizations
