Entrepreneurial Reality CheckBioenterprise has established a new service called the Entrepreneurial Reality Check. This is an opportunity for the entrepreneur / client to present their business plan or strategy to directly relevant industry expertise assembled by Bioenterprise. Under such a program, the purpose is for the entrepreneur to hear strengths, weaknesses, recommendations and directives from a room of up to ten business leaders and industry experts. The Entrepreneur Reality Check is a half-day working session whereby the client presents to the room of experts in an informal atmosphere. Interactive communication is encouraged between the participants with the ultimate objective being that of building a compelling business story, Strengths and weaknesses are identified with emphasis on pinpointing corrective measures that will reinforce the business opportunity. Entrepreneurs are invited to invite members of their management team as long as they play a strong participatory role. At the end of the session, each industry expert provides a verbal summary of recommended actions, opinions and suggested directions to the entrepreneur. In addition, the entrepreneur is encouraged to maintain communications with the individual members of the panel. |
